MCHI-CREDAI engages Alchemist as concept, creative and strategic partners

Alchemist Marketing Solutions has been engaged as the Strategy and Creative partner for the 27th edition of MCHI-CREDAI’s annual real estate Expo. The annual expo is looked forward to by investors and home buyers across the country, and is scheduled for October 6-9 at Mumbai’s MMRDA Ground.

MCHI-CREDAI has always been in the limelight by organizing & hosting India's largest Mega Property Exhibitions since the year 2000. Spread over the course of a calendar year the exhibitions are usually held in the months of April & October with a record turnout of over 60,000 people in 3 days with more than 120 exhibitors showcasing their prime projects.

In line with MCHI-CREDAI’S heightened ambitions to expand the reach and relevance of the event,Alchemist has designed this year's expo as the Great Mumbai Property Festival. Says Manish Porwal, Managing Director of Alchemist, "The challenge was to energise the real estate market, and create a platform with a difference for developers. We wanted to create a concept that would excite and engage consumers in Mumbai and beyond, that would deliver a truly unique offering for each person attending the expo."

The agency, along with MCHI-CREDAI, has planned an expo, the kind that has not been seen before. At the festival, a host of exciting activities to engage buyers have been planned to celebrate the Great Mumbai Property Festival 2016. In fact, one of the special innovations promised at this year’s expo, won’t even be at the expo! MCHI-CREDAI Great Mumbai Property Festival will organize an online expo, which has kicked off on September 22nd, where customers can log in and register to find great home deals. (

All these steps forward have obviously got the property developer and broker fraternity buzzing with excitement. This year’s property expo is set to attract a much larger cross section of Real Estate businesses, eager for a chance to interact with customers on a one-to-one basis.
